Community-Based Participatory Projects
Through our Promotora model and community engagement events we facilitate the design and development of projects that directly answer the challenges faced by the community.
Our approach harnesses the community’s innate knowledge of the particular issue they are addressing to create tailored solutions that meet their needs.
As we design and develop solutions alongside our community, we source key stakeholders and bridge opportunities to get the necessary resources and investment to make the community initiative a reality.

Vital access to resources
Through our network of Promotoras we provide access to basic resources such as healthcare, education, and financial needs connecting the community with other organizations or distributing resources that we have available. Providing help in the basic areas is essential in creating a fair and equitable society. When these resources are made accessible to all, individuals and families can lead healthier, more fulfilled lives.

LatinX is Take my Hand’s for-profit arm to create lasting impact and cultural advocacy through state agencies, companies and various organizations.
LatinX stands by our community’s side to provide support in navigating institutions, sharing information in public programs, facilitating access to vital resources, building people power, and heightening their voice to shape a new, more equitable community.
